We have a total of six conference rooms available across our 3 properties. Audio/Visual equipment is available and is included in the conference room fee depending on the package that has been created for your needs.
We can also provide food for Coffee Breaks, Meeting Lunches, Cocktail Parties serving a variety of Hors D’Oeuvres and a whole lot more. We can cater to your specific needs.
Function Guarantees: We ask that you give us a final attendance number 24 hours prior to your function so that we may make final arrangements. If no final guarantee on the total number of attendants is received, we will consider the number indicated when the original arrangements were made to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests. The guaranteed figure represents the minimum number of persons for billing.
Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation to secure the date of the event and the balance is payable 14 days prior to the actual date of the event. Cancellation is required at least 1 month prior to the event date. If cancellation is received less than 1 month, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
