Minimum Stay Requirement:
Minimum nights: 5 nights between Dec 20, 2008 and January 2, 2009. 3 nights minimum stay for all other dates. Shorter stays are available on a request basis only.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
A three-night cancellation penalty will apply if reservations are not cancelled 7 days prior to arrival in summer (17th May to 16th Dec) and 14 days prior in winter (17th Dec to 16th May). If bookings are cancelled within the cancellation period the total amount of the deposit is non refundable. No show reservations the cancellation penalty applies. A name change made to a booking will be treated as a cancellation and new booking, and will be subject to all such prevailing terms and conditions. The Resort also reserves the right to treat a date change as a cancellation and new booking.
Group booking of 15 or more rooms arriving and departing on the same day must be made on a request basis only. 50% deposit is required 30-60 days on or before arrival, balance payable on arrival.
